Meet Florentino Francisco and Rhonda Jalali

Florentino Francisco is 27 years old and was born and raised in Seattle.  He is known as "Flow" to the kids.  Flow has been working in child care for 7 years at Kimball Elementary.  He is a graduate and now a proud parent of a kindergarten student at Kimball. He is well known through out the entire school by the staff and children.

During his time away from child care Flow is an active member of the world champion breakdancing crew "Massive Monkees".  He tours all around the world showcasing his skills and promotes an anti-drug/ anti-violence show to schools across the nation.  Flow is also a martial arts instructor and holds the rank of 2nd degree black belt in Goju Ryu Karate. He is very involved in the community and has lots of fun working with children.


 

Rhonda Jalali was born and raised in the Yakima area of Washington . She has a Bachelor's degree in Child Psychology and a Master's degree in Education with a school counseling certificate. Rhonda has worked for over 20 years with children of all ages in public and private school settings with an emphasis in working with special needs children and staff development.

Rhonda's hobbies include a love of the outdoors, biking and reading and is excited to be a part of the CDSA community.
